Tons of Crashes
For a little over a week, PC 2 crashes all the time. It's on Steam. I verified the installation. No problems found. I send the crash reports every time. It'll happen 4+ times during the same camp/scen, at least. Never at the same spot. Extremely frustrating to say the least. Any ideas? Thanks.

Re: 20 years of thank you!
Congrats Iian and all at Slitherine!!!! I've been with you the entire time (obviously, back when it was still Matrix). :D I actually still have Legion around here somewhere. Played those early (now free) Grigsby games. The first one that really got to me was Steel Panthers , iirc. I own most of your...

Re: Automatic pushback/pursuit with infantry absolutely ruins this game
My suggestion: Make it where an individual small unit will only advance if they have at least one friendly unit either adjacent, or one square back (diagonally). That would at least place some sort of check on these mad dashes behind enemy lines. This would only apply to infantry, of course. I am n...

Re: Invisible units after 1.1.2
Disable Steam overlay, run the game and check if the issue persists. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=9394-yofv-0014 I've done all of the above and still have units disappear. Sent the log to the devs. Kinda hard to win when your units disappear then run out of rations and fuel. :P

Re: Panzer Corps 2 - Dev Diary #1
Loved the read and the ideas. Great 3D work. As some have said, the shadows are a bit much, but hell, it's very, very EA. Really liked RVallant's Campaign idea as well. Most of all, for me: the more aspects of Order of Battle's play you can put in, the better it'll be. (see you've already started wi...

Bottom of this page http://www.matrixgames.com/news/2584/Ag ... announced! says Q3.AlexDetrojan wrote:Well done Slitherine! This one looks like it may become a classic. You're in beta, so what would be the likely timeline for release?

Re: Strobe Light Start
Try the following: Delete a file named "Settings" in the Windows documents folder at: ...\Documents\My Games\BA2 Run the game and check if the issue persists. Thanks guys, it was actually this one. For helping anyone in the future, it was actually the file "Options". Deleted it,...

Strobe Light Start
Think I've only fired up BA2 a couple of times since the last expansion install. (I know, I know...)
Now, when I try to start it, turns the screen into a strobe light!
Win 7, 64x
Latest nvidia drivers. Tons more PC/juice than needed. No problems in the past.
Ideas?
Thanks.

Java Sea
Maybe I'm missing something here since searching the forums didn't find anyone else with this problem. In playing the Japanese in the Java Sea Mission part of the campaign, the land units' ships don't move---at all. All of the ships work fine. If I buy a carrier for a couple of my planes, they work ...

Never played with the beta, but it's a good deal. I play Panzer Corps with a self-induced no undo button rule.

I found Squad Leader at 16. First 'real' pc wargame was Steel Panthers.
Note: When I first saw this topic's title I thought, "Oh my God! Pervs openly hunting? Here??? I'm going to have to drive a real Sherman up somebody's a..........oh, ok. It's innocent. Whew."

Re: Napoleonic next ?
I think there are more than enough tactical simulation of the napoleonic era. What is still missing is more a grand-strategy game with a "grand campaign" option than another simulation of Waterloo/Austerlitz/Leipzig. I personnaly believe than a Northern Wars expansion would be much more a...

Actually, no. Win7 must be different. Doesn't matter what I name the saves, the progress of saves is in a numerical sequence. (e.g. I name it: Sandstorm03b---in the Save folder, it's titled/listed as: 217.LSF) That's why I couldn't find the saves! Odd, huh? I remember, back in the day, Steel Panther...
