I had 3 MP games that were half way through at the time of the recent patch roll out on Steam, but now when I try to play my move it partially shows the last move from my opponent then stops at 100% without giving me control. Do I need to delete these and start new games?

My units tend to have low chance of hitting when on the square next to the unit they are attacking when using ranged weapons. This seems counter-intuitive. Is it a bug or is there a gameplay reason for it?

The camera view doesn't follow the action on multiplayer replay on my computer. Is there something I should be doing to activate this?
