Does one need to own all of the expansions to play in the tournament?

I'm a newbie, with Winter War as my first DLC. I want to destroy a bridge using an engineer unit, and I can't figure out how to do it. I put the unit on the bridge and clicked the TNT icon on its unit panel. Nothing happens. Next turn the bridge is still there. I can't find anything in the manual or...

So what do I need to do to get a refund or store credit?

I just did that. It didn't change anything. I don't see how it could have, since it would not replace missing files from the game.

I just tried the reinstallation suggested in zakblood's last post. I was careful to follow the instructions exactly, including the removal of the old game folder. The result was exactly the same as before. The output log is identical. I'm thinking that this isn't worth any more of my time or yours. ...
