Re: No more patches?

Hello again,
sorry for misunderstanding:)

v1.0.7 proved to be very stable so no patch v1.0.8 is planned in upcoming weeks. On the other hand there might be something with a bit different version number;)

Thank you Cablenexus. That is exactly what i was looking for. Any suggestions where to find a detailed list?
Hello PHENICUS,
once you enter editor mode and go to Game Settings -> Keyboard, it will list all the keyboard shortcuts (including the "hidden" ones).

Re: How Are Empires With Large Off-Board Holdings Handled?

Well, that is partially true, but in our case I think making this for Seleucid empire and maybe for Celtic tribes would make it work. Of cource the game would still miss invasions and migrations of other nations but that's a tradeoff coming with every map covering just part of Earth.

Re: How Are Empires With Large Off-Board Holdings Handled?

Hello lordhoff,
unfortunately in the official scenario there is no off-map income or any other "replacement" for cut parts of a land. It is definitely something we will keep this in mind next time;)

Re: Strategies for playing Athens?

Hello, I can only agree with Morbio regarding the city size. The nation probably reached its limits and the war of attrition was lost. Regarding AI strategies for building cities, this might be the answer you are looking for. In short, there is no "best" distance, it must be reconsidered for differe...

The game went from just trying to survive to being dominant in a very short time and it has taken the fun out of it a bit.
Don't worry, Aggressors gives and takes away as well. Rome might be friendly now because they are occupied elsewhere but that can change;)

I had to turn off Malwarebytes to get it to run but, mission accomplished. I'll let you know if it worked.

EDIT: Opened without issue!
So everything is running now? Great to hear that!

It's tough, but it's very satisfying if you can win after feeling doomed.
It is always great to find players who enjoy the struggle and finding the way out of it. I am the same:)

Re: Info sent if pre-open crash?

Interesting: the file was corrupted again. I know how to fix it now but it looks like I'll have to delete that file every time I open the game. It doesn't take but a minute so it's not a problem but I thought I should pass on this development. hello again lordhoff, it is even more interesting that ...

It seems like the problem you are experiencing is related to corrupt config file. Please go to C:\Users\ XXX \AppData\Roaming\Kubat Software\Aggressors Ancient Rome\ where XXX is your Windows username and delete file "user.config". Before you delete it, please send it also via email so I can check w...

Re: Ancient Med scenario turn length?

Hello Solaristics,
there is no time limit. Usually the game lasts for 200-300 turns depending on the difficulty and your skills.

Re: Info sent if pre-open crash?

I'm no longer able to open the game - the crash box (to send information/e-mail) pops up when "play game" is used. Now I'm wondering, since the game doesn't open, does the save file, etc even get sent? Should I do something else to try to get the game working again? Hello lordhoff, what was the las...

Re: Strategies for playing Athens?

Does anyone know how the AI calculates power? Does it take into account unit training buffs? If you are talking about that "power" indicators - no, it doesn't take into consideration improvements and neither it's current health. The information is a rough estimate and that is by design because the ...

Hello Blathergut,
welcome back:)
The tooltip over city shows overall production/consumption. Tooltip over other tiles (when a city is selected) shows the yield of that tile.

Re: Strategies for playing Athens?

Hello Solaristics,
there is a series playing as Sparta (on hard) here:
Gameplay I.
Gameplay II.
Gameplay III.
I would personally recommend to not learn the game with such a faction (it is not the easiest start) but anyway, good luck:)

Re: Question on Sieges

Hello lordhoff, regarding the siege there is an anwser in manual (page no. 204) - City siege . To quote the part you are probably missing: If one of your cities is under siege, you can either try to break through the enemy lines or, if the city lies on a coast, you can send a naval unit to provide t...
