Can large rivers be forced to appear in campaign settings?

Greetings. I know that you can force the map to be narrow, that there are streams and a maritime coast, but I would like to force the appearance of a large river on one flank. It's possible?

Game language is not saved

A small detail. Since the last version, the language I use in the game (Spanish) is not saved for me. Every time I start the game it goes back to English and I have to change it again.

Indeed, problem was being caused due to a mod that I have installed. I tried to deactivate it but it was necessary to restart the game again. I'm sorry to have wasted your time.

As for the men-at-arms of 1450-1500... I don't see the need to use too many textures. The horse armor would already be all metal plate, the same for the body armor.
