I miss the days of game demos, some companies still do it, but most instead of offering a taste upfront want your money up front, and companies like paradox shouldn't really need the funding from the player base to complete a project.

What would have been epic would have been a campaign map like AGEOD, but the battles being fought on the map using Field of Glory II, kind of like Crown of Glory, that would be what I call a campaign.
